Jim Sadler is responsible for representing the real estate needs of his corporate clients.  His responsibilities include leading multimarket project teams, developing and implementing real estate strategy, account management, transaction implementation, and technical lease/contract review.  As a senior leadership team member at LOCATE, Jim dedicates his service life to the people services and real estate needs of national accounts and corporate occupiers of space. His in-depth knowledge and practical experience in strategic planning for real estate portfolios in both the private and public sectors, with an emphasis on build-to-suits, project development consulting, financial and relocation analysis, site selection, demographics, state and local municipal incentives, zoning regulations, and developer competitions make him invaluable to his client’s real estate activities.

As a Partner in the Tenant Representation and Corporate Solutions groups at LOCATE, Jim has over 30 years of diverse real estate services & corporate management experiences including brokerage, facilities management, and design & construction services. He has completed in excess of 800 real state transactions for a variety of clients from stable creditworthy corporations to dynamic start-ups clients representing over 40 million square feet of corporate campus, office, retail and industrial transactions.

Since the onset of Jim’s commercial real estate consulting career in 1987, after having spent 8 years in the public company / corporate real estate arena, JLL senior executive (Staubach Company owner) and managing director – Tenant Representation, Jim successfully leads project teams in representing many of the largest and most demanding corporations in North America. He has successfully negotiated in excess of $1 Billion in corporate and commercial real estate transactions and is responsible for construction administration oversight for over $900 million in new construction and retrofit projects.
